Manufacturing and installation of 50 meters of guardrails for the Championnet association (74)

As part of a security improvement project, I recently had the opportunity to design, manufacture, and install 50 meters of guardrails for the Championnet association, located in the Haute-Savoie department (74). An exciting project that utilized all my expertise in carpentry and metalwork.

Custom design for optimal results

Every project has its specific requirements, and this one was no exception. To ensure a smooth and efficient installation on-site, I designed the guardrails in 27 small sections. This choice allowed for easier transport and quick assembly once on-site, without requiring any additional adjustments.

Precision work in the workshop

All manufacturing was carried out in my workshop. I personally performed all the necessary welding to ensure the strength and longevity of the structures. Robustness and high-quality workmanship were priorities, thereby guaranteeing perfect safety for the future users.

Professional finishing for an aesthetic look

After manufacturing, I entrusted the painting to a specialized subcontractor to achieve an impeccable finish. We chose a blue paint with a smooth and elegant texture, adding an extra aesthetic touch while providing durable protection against the elements.

Efficient on-site installation

Thanks to the careful preparation beforehand, the on-site installation went smoothly. The guardrails were easily transported and screwed into place, ensuring significant time savings while guaranteeing a precise result that met the expectations of the Championnet association.
